Oversee daily unit operations and administration, including staffing, budgeting, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, staff development, and systems utilization. Provide leadership, problem solving, and 24-hour accountability for the unit.

Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a registered OTR/L in a skilled nursing facility: assist with assessments, implement treatment plans, document patient progress, report observations and equipment issues, and comply with state and federal regulations. Must meet physical demands of patient transfers and extended standing.
