Lead and manage the dealership sales team to drive profitable sales, deliver outstanding customer care, implement the EXPRESSWAY sales process, manage new/used inventory, maintain vendor and internal relationships, and support dealership goals through training and team development.

Sell vehicles by building relationships, demonstrating product features, overcoming objections, and following up for referrals. Maintain product knowledge, meet sales objectives, report to Sales Manager, and work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities include maintaining vehicle inventory appearance by cleaning, driving vehicles as needed, and keeping parking lots orderly. Other duties assigned by management.
