The Payroll Specialist manages a portfolio of payroll clients, processing payroll accurately and on schedule while ensuring tax compliance. Responsibilities include client onboarding, ADP setup verification, payroll reporting and filings, resolving tax notices, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality. The role also supports audits, process improvements, new procedures, and departmental initiatives. It is fully remote within approved states and requires adherence to IRS data-security standards.

Lead sales enablement strategy and manage two Sales Trainers to design, deliver, and optimize onboarding, continuous learning, and methodology training. Create multimedia enablement content, apply instructional design and adult learning, use Salesforce and LMS data to measure impact, coach sales reps, drive change management, and report L&D influence to leadership while collaborating cross-functionally.

Manage a high-volume sales pipeline, deliver virtual presentations and product demonstrations, educate small business owners on accounting and tax services, and build client relationships through consultative selling and follow-up. Maintain accurate CRM records, meet or exceed sales targets, and use technology effectively in a fully remote environment.
