Serve as the primary advisor for 500+ small business clients, providing tax compliance guidance, preparing and reviewing individual and business returns, and conducting virtual client meetings. Manage client information and interactions through internal systems, collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll teams, and support additional operational projects. The role requires an active PTIN, professional tax software experience, strong communication, remote-work readiness, and sound judgment when addressing complex client questions.

Manage a high-volume sales pipeline, conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations, educate small-business clients about accounting and tax services, build trusted relationships, and provide follow-up throughout the sales cycle. The role requires CRM proficiency, consultative selling, strong communication, self-motivation, and achievement of sales targets in a fully remote environment.

Serves as the primary contact for a portfolio of small-business clients, coordinating tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. Tracks milestones, schedules expert appointments, resolves escalations, supports onboarding and platform adoption, maintains Salesforce records, identifies sales opportunities, and shares client insights internally. The role focuses on proactive communication, client satisfaction, service progression, retention, and efficient coordination across internal teams.
