Leads environmental, health, safety, and security programs across operational facilities. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, safety training, incident investigations, risk assessments, environmental programs, security operations, emergency preparedness, budgeting, performance metrics, corrective actions, and supervision of EHSS personnel. The role partners with operations, HR, maintenance, engineering, regulators, contractors, and emergency agencies to reduce risk and maintain compliant, safe, and secure work environments.

Analyzes customer feedback, operational metrics, behavioral data, and Voice of Customer information to identify experience trends, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Develops dashboards, reports, surveys, and recommendations; documents metrics and data requirements; validates reporting solutions; investigates data quality issues; and supports the transition to scalable, self-service analytics. Partners with Customer Care leaders and cross-functional teams to translate quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable business decisions.

Supports enterprise B2B sales and business development by researching prospects, qualifying and routing leads, maintaining customer and order data, coordinating email and SmartGift campaigns, preparing reports, supporting account setup, resolving routine issues, and ensuring timely sales-team follow-through.
