Supports systems, applications, and infrastructure by monitoring performance, troubleshooting hardware, software, access, storage, and application issues, and administering Windows, cloud, endpoint, and business systems. Assists with releases, patching, backups, upgrades, documentation, automation, and security practices. Collaborates with IT and business teams while participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Lead digital analytics and measurement strategy for web and mobile, design and implement scalable measurement solutions (Adobe stack), build data layers and event schemas, implement JavaScript-based tracking, ensure data quality, analyze A/B tests, and partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to drive actionable insights and improvements.

Serve as a licensed optician and optical styling expert for a ten-week research and prototyping project. Advise on frame selection, fit, styling, customer decision-making, product catalog attributes, and emerging tools such as virtual try-on and AI recommendations. Review prototypes, participate in customer research, simulate proposed experiences, and inform new online eyewear concepts. The engagement is remote-friendly, part-time, and may include occasional in-person sessions in Draper, Utah.
