Heartland AEA's mission is to provide services and leadership in partnership with families, schools and communities, to improve the learning outcomes and well-being of all children and youth in Central Iowa. We do that through partnerships with public and accredited private schools for educational services, programs and resources for children from birth to age 21, families, educators and communities.

Building a generation of future-ready kids! 💪🏽🚀💻 Today, 67% of new jobs in STEM are in computing, and the importance of technology in industry is only going to increase. Our award-winning coding curriculum helps to get children future-ready by not only teaching them how to code, but also developing core skills such as creativity, communication and collaboration. We've taught more than 10,000 children in the US, the UK and all over the world, through our online lessons and alongside our sister brand Cypher Coders, the UK's leading coding school for kids. Our award-winning curriculum is STEM.org accredited and our team is made up of experienced professionals from the world of technology and start-ups.
