Rite Aid teams up with Adobe Experience Cloud for personalized customer journeys

Rite Aid is building the future of health and wellness and has partnered with Adobe to deliver more personalized customer experiences. The retail and pharmacy giant has announced that it will use Adobe Experience Cloud to connect Rite Aid’s pharmacy, retail stores and online customer journey across all customer touchpoints.

“Developing deeper relationships with our customers is a key focus for Rite Aid,” said John Standley, CEO, Rite Aid. “Establishing partnerships with best-in-class brands like Adobe is critical to Rite Aid’s digital transformation and ability to deliver on the changing needs of today’s customers.”

Real-time personalization, deep customer journey analytics, content management and advertising capabilities are some of the ways that Rite Aid plans to strengthen their digital solutions and marketing with Adobe Experience Cloud. A team of Adobe industry specialists will provide strategic guidance and operational support throughout the partnership, according to the press release. 

“By utilizing Adobe Experience Cloud, Rite Aid will have access to deep customer insights enabling the company to personalize the Rite Aid experience for millions of customers, while also creating more opportunities for our pharmacists to provide clinical services and value based care.”

In addition to Adobe Experience Cloud, Rite Aid will leverage Adobe Experience Platform to capture and organize otherwise disparate real-time data as well as AI-powered Adobe Sensei to develop customer profiles. Rite Aid joins a growing number of major companies to publicly partner with SaaS cloud computing platforms for their digital transformations.
