State Farm provides customers with vehicle, home, life, health and small business insurance options. The company has a tuition assistance program that gives employees the means to earn master’s degrees and participate in other educational programs. It includes reimbursement or the option to have State Farm take care of tuition and fees upfront so employees don’t have to wait to be paid back.

Best Buy operates a chain of retail electronic stores that sell everything from laptops and smartphones to appliances like washers and dryers. Full-time employees who have been with Best Buy for at least six months are eligible for reimbursement of up to $5,250 dollars each year to help cover tuition and other expenses for graduate programs relevant to their job. Best Buy also has university partnerships that allow employees to take advantage of discounted tuition and fees.

 

Insurance company GEICO gives employees tuition assistance to pursue master’s degrees and other degree programs at more than 220 universities. The company offers both direct billing and reimbursement plan options that provide employees with $5,250 annually to pay for tuition, textbooks, registration fees and other associated expenses.

 

Garmin sells technology for navigation, as well as wearable devices that allow consumers to track their health and fitness metrics. Its employee perks and benefits support continued education through tuition reimbursements for full-time associates taking graduate-level courses.
