Tooraj Helmi is the founder of Concia, an experimental protocol for agent-based coordination on blockchain. He also serves as CTO of Apsy, an AI-driven app builder. Helmi has worked in technical roles since 2005 and previously served as the senior director, advance systems for Builder.ai. He holds a PhD in computer science from the University of Southern California.
