Rachita’s commitment to merging profit with purpose underpins how clients achieve growth and DEI objectives. She also serves as the chief marketing officer at Blue Ocean Global Technology.

Rachita’s contributions earned her recognition as one of the 100 Inspirational Women of 2021 by She Inspire Magazine. She has also received the Indian Achievers Award for Young Entrepreneurs, Business Elite’s Under 30, Most Promising Woman in IT by ANWA and Women Entrepreneur Award 2023 from Great Companies.
