Lauren Hanford is the director of product excellence at Sonar. As a member of the product leadership team, she works with product delivery teams to elevate strategy and operations in service of delivering products that create value for customers. Prior to Sonar, she was the VP of Product at Tidelift. Her background is in product, UX and development. She uses this unique blend of skills to approach building technology and organizations from a user-centered place.
