Katherine Ude is a technical director II of site reliability engineering at Caxy, where she helps teams build resilient, scalable systems across a wide range of technologies including React, Node, GraphQL and AWS EKS/ECS. Since joining Caxy in 2016, she’s evolved from hands-on front-end development to leading reliability and architecture initiatives that improve deployment safety, developer velocity and user experience. She’s a Northwestern University alum who enjoys mentoring new developers and exploring how thoughtful process design drives better technical outcomes.
