In his role as Director of People, Dan Kejsefman leads Avature’s global people strategy across talent and training. He works closely with leaders and teams across regions to support organizational growth, leadership development and the evolution of Avature’s people practices as the company continues to scale globally.

Since joining Avature in 2015, Dan has held roles of increasing responsibility within the People organization. He has been actively involved in scaling global teams, strengthening leadership capabilities and supporting the company through different stages of growth in a complex, international environment. His work focuses on building sustainable people structures that enable performance, foster learning and reinforce Avature’s culture.

Dan brings a practical, business-oriented approach to people management, with a strong interest in how talent, learning and development, and technology — including artificial intelligence — can enhance learning, decision-making and organizational effectiveness while keeping people at the center.

Dan studied human resources and organizational development and has built his career in global technology companies, combining people strategy, culture and leadership development.
