WorkWhile, an AI-powered platform that connects businesses with hourly workers, has announced the launch of Newday, a new product designed to help companies manage their internal hourly workforce in real time.

According to WorkWhile, Newday integrates features like intelligent shift matching, centralized scheduling, attendance tracking and payroll management into one platform, making it easier for managers and employees to navigate the challenges of hourly and shift-based work.

“WorkWhile was founded with a worker-first mission to improve the frontline experience for the 80 million Americans working hourly jobs. Through Newday, we are expanding upon this foundational mission by finally enabling companies to apply the same sophisticated AI-driven efficiency to their internal employees, not just contingent workers,” Jarah Euston, CEO of WorkWhile, said in a statement.

Developed in collaboration with ProEm, which served as a design partner, Newday will be available in October 2025 and accessible via both web and mobile apps.
