NFTE Announces 2012 World Series of Innovation Finalists: Whitney Young Magnet High School Team
Microsoft Sponsored Event Encourages Young Adults to Create Products and Services that Improve Lives
The competition was fierce and now after a month of anticipation the finalists in the 2012 World Series of Innovation (WSI) have been announced and voting is underway! More than 700 student teams from across the country sent in their 60-second videos detailing their creative solutions to a variety of business challenges. We are proud to announce that a student team from Whitney Young Magnet High School made it to the Finals!
Furie is an app that allows people to build their own wardrobe based on the things that their favorite celebrities, designers, and other fashion icons are wearing. By entering a list of their fashion influences, users will be connected to a variety of retailers selling those brands and styles.
