Valence, a company specializing in agentic AI solutions, announced a $50 million round of Series B funding spearheaded by Bessemer Venture Partners. The company’s flagship offering is Nadia, an AI coaching tool serving enterprises like Experian, Delta Air Lines, Kraft Heinz and General Mills.
Nadia leverages Valence’s proprietary memory-and-context engine, and each deployment is customized to a company’s unique culture, workflows and leadership models. The tool has been deployed more than 50 times across global organizations and has facilitated one million coaching conversations.
Backed by its new capital, Valence will invest in product development, expanding its go-to-market initiatives, establishing more enterprise partnerships and ensuring its AI platform remains compliant and embodies a safety-first design. The company is also investing in expanding its team, and it is actively hiring worldwide.
