Many of these companies are located in India, where the HR tech market is expected to be worth more than $38 billion by 2030. Headquartered in Chennai, Adrenalin has seven total offices throughout India. The company takes a comprehensive approach to human resources, providing a range of software that handles everything from recruitment to performance management to payroll. It also implements AI to streamline the HR process and help employers make more informed decisions.  

 

Named among the top tech companies in 2023 by both Y Combinator and CNBC, Rippling tackles various aspects of HR with its workforce management platform. It provides automation tools for basics like payroll, attendance and employee engagement, as well as device management services to help IT teams ensure they are secure and working properly. The platform also has a finance tool to assist companies in managing their corporate cards, vendor bills and other expenses. All told, the company has 30 main applications, which are regularly upgraded, as well as thousands of others that its open source community of developers have created for their unique business needs. Odoo has offices all over the world, including one in Ahmedabad, where its team of more than 350 employees largely belong to its R&D, services and sales teams.

 

Keka offers a full suite of cloud-based HR tools to help streamline and organize everything from employee attendance to onboarding, as well as payroll automation services. It also has a data-driven performance management system to track, analyze and evaluate employee performance to ensure goals are achieved and foster a positive work culture. The Hyderabad-based company works with businesses of all sizes, mainly in industries like technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, financial services and retail.
