Selling Simplified receives another $2.5M in funding
Denver-based Selling Simplified announced they had received $2.5 million in new financing. This announcement comes after the company received $2.8 million in March. Like the last funding round, this one was led by Pete Marcino & Berger Associates. Interestingly, the company was actually founded in New Jersey, but moved to Denver two years ago. Techstars buys the nonprofit UP Global
Boulder-based Techstars purchased the Seattle-based startup nonprofit UP Global. So far, none of the deal's details have been announced, but UP Global will no longer operate as a nonprofit. Old Town Ft. Collins is getting a co-working space
The Digital Workshop Center is going to include a co-working space when it expands its office in Old Town Fort Collins. The expansion will see the center’s existing office space expand by 1,850 feet. ViaWest is buying AppliedTrust Engineering
