Defense technology innovator BAE Systems, Inc. announced its Refer Yourself Back Program, a hiring initiative aimed at alumni who left a full-time position in good standing and have been separate from the company for at least 30 days.

Applicants looking to rejoin the company during this initiative must apply for open opportunities on its specified page of job listings between October 1 and February 28. They must begin working in their new role by October 31, 2027, to receive the bonus associated with the Refer Yourself Back Program.

The company is offering improved support to its employees, including more resources for growth and well-being. It launched its internal virtual career center, Career Connect, which allows employees to access tailored development resources and showcase their skills so they can take advantage of internal mobility opportunities. BAE Systems, Inc. has also updated its benefits package with an increased 401K match, longer paid parental leave and a refreshed paid time off structure.
