Q2 Holdings acquires Social Money for $10.6M

Q2 Holdings, whose subsidiary makes fintech software, has purchased Social Money. The 12 employees of the Iowa-based company, which makes digital marketing software for financial institutions, will join more than 500 Q2 Holdings employees in Austin. Perk acquires rewards company

has announced it will acquire Playerize Network Inc., d.b.a. SuperRewards, for $350,000 and 455,000 Perk common shares. SuperRewards offers incentives to consumers in the form of virtual currency for watching ads and completing surveys, offering brands higher engagement metrics than typical ads and creating a revenue stream for developers looking to monetize their apps. Dell unloading business units ahead of EMC acquisition

The Round Rock tech giant is selling off several divisions to finance its EMC purchase. One of those divisions is Quest Software, which Dell is selling to KKR, Thoma Bravo, and Vista Equity. will also sell off SonicWALL, among other assets. Innography acquired by British company
