DigitalGlobe, provider of earth-imagery products and services, received the go ahead this week from shareholders to proceed with a proposed merger with MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. The merger with MDA will expand DigitalGlobe’s current offering, allowing them to tap further into the global communications and information space.
