Digital health company PatientPoint announced the appointment of its first ever chief experience and innovation officer. Shawn Nason joins the company with more than two decades of experience helping organizations develop new approaches and customer-centric solutions. He will lead the company’s efforts in human-centered design and innovation across the healthcare sector.
In his new role, Nason will help support the goals of PatientPoint’s newly formed Innovation Network. Part of the company’s mission of innvoating paitient-first healthcare solutions, the network connects industry leaders from various sectors, including healthcare and consumer technology, to collaboratively address healthcare challenges. Strategic partnerships with companies like Verizon, LG, GoodRx and Thrive Global are key to this effort.
The Innovation Network is supported by PatientPoint-led institutes dedicated to innovation, behavior change and experience. These institutes provide a space for collaboration and reimagining healthcare delivery, focusing on solutions that improve patient outcomes and address disparities.
