NovaAir Expands Indian Reach Through Acquisition by Air Liquide

The acquisition will enable NovaAir to complement Air Liquide’s existing operations throughout the country.

Mumbai-based NovaAir, a leading supplier of bulk and specialty industrial gases, has been acquired by global industrial gases company Air Liquide, as reported in a news release issued by Air Liquide on Monday. 

Founded in 2019, NovaAir provides bulk industrial gases, specialty gases and onsite gas solutions to clients across India in sectors including steel, automotive, fabrication, electronics, photovoltaics and healthcare. 

The acquisition marks a new phase of growth for NovaAir, enabling it to leverage Air Liquide’s global technology and infrastructure, while continuing to expand its customer base and service capabilities in different regions throughout the country
