A feature of zipdeeloo is zipt. zipt allows members to create highly personalized groups based on relationships, organizations or events. “We love zipt,” Co-founder Elizabeth Patano-Jaworek said. “Finally, a way to not to send or receive 35 separate e-mails about the next condo association meeting.” zipt allows users to invite established connections and friends in their community to share specific information, discussions, calendars and albums.
Walker and Patano-Jaworek, founders of Sitterworks.com, entrepreneurs and parents saw an opportunity to create a social community that currently does not exist on the web. “With social media, people are connecting thousands of miles away,” Walker said. “That’s great, but these people aren’t going to loan you a tool, or give you their sitter’s name when you need it. zipdeeloo wants to make life easier.”
