Andrew Sieja (kCura)

A self-titled ‘geek become businessman,’ Andrew Sieja founded kCura as a software consultancy in February 2001, transforming it in 2007 into a software company that builds e-discovery solutions for the legal community. kCura’s platform, Relativity, has more than 75,000 end users from organizations including the U.S. Department of Justice and 95 of the top 100 law firms in the United States. A developer by trade, Andrew previously worked as a programmer at Siemens and Lante, Inc. As CEO, Andrew has five key goals for kCura: offer a great product, provide relentless customer support, ensure team members love their jobs, positively impact the community, and grow to be a great software company.

 

Mike Sands (BrightTag)

Prior to joining BrightTag, Mike was part of the original Orbitz management team and held the positions of CMO and COO. While at Orbitz, Mike helped take the business from start-up to IPO, then through two acquisitions (Cendant and Blackstone). After Orbitz, Mike joined The Pritzker Group as a partner on their private equity team. Mike also has held management roles at General Motors Corporation and Leo Burnett. His work at General Motors led him to be named a “Marketer of the Next Generation” by Brandweek magazine. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Northwestern University and a Masters in Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management. Mike also sits on the BrightTag board.

 

Howard Tullman (Tribeca Flashpoint Academy)

Howard A. Tullman serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tribeca Flashpoint Media Arts Academy (https://www.tribecaflashpoint.edu/). Tullman is General Managing Partner for the Chicago High Tech Investors, LLC and a Director of Hightower Advisors in Chicago, Mudd Advertising in Iowa and the Rally Marketing Group in Seattle.He is also a Trustee of WTTW in Chicago, Chairman of the Endowment Committee of Anshe Emet Synagogue in Chicago, and an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston and at the Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago.

 

Shawn Riegsecker (Centro)

Shawn Riegsecker is the Founder and CEO of Centro, a digital media logistics agency for online advertising. Before forming Centro in 2001, Shawn worked at Real Media helping advertising agencies place campaigns across thousands of local sites. Shawn is the recipient of the National Association of Newspapers 2008 Advertising Person of the Year Award for his contributions to the newspaper industry. Additionally, he was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in 2008 and 2011.

 

 

Tony Weisman (Digitas)

As CEO of Digitas North America, Tony is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of Digitas services across the agency’s largest region

Tony came to Digitas with more than 22 years of advertising industry experience. He was most recently chief marketing officer at Draft Chicago, where he spearheaded one of the most dramatic growth trajectories in the business's history. Prior, he held various management positions at Leo Burnett.

Tony is a member of the Board of Chicago Public Radio and a member of the boards of the American Association of Advertising Agencies (Chicago Chapter), the Off The Street Club, and Chicago TechWeek.
