With the shift to remote working brought on by the pandemic, many companies have decided to make flexible working models a permanent change to their operations. Morning Consult is just one of those embracing the hybrid model and empowering its 500+ employees to choose the type of work environment they prefer. To reflect this, the data intelligence company recently opened a new headquarters office in Penn Quarter that better aligns with the needs of its employees. 

According to an announcement this week, Morning Consult has been operating fully remote since March 2020. Starting this month, however, employees across its offices in D.C., New York, San Francisco and Chicago will now be allowed to come into the office or work from home. For those employees who choose to come to work in the D.C. headquarters, they’ll be greeted by sweet new digs. 

The new office features technology-enabled collaborative spaces, flexible seating, physically distanced desks, lockers and maximized air filtration to keep employees safe. Morning Consult also has implemented vaccination and clean desk policies to manage the risk of infection. As reported by, the new space takes up an entire floor of the Woodies building on F Street.

This new office opening comes after a massive year of growth. Morning Consult tripled its team over the past two years, according to the company. In 2021, the company also hit unicorn status after a $75 million Series B brought its valuation to $1.02 billion.
