London proptech company SalesRook has partnered with the Relocation Agent Network to deploy its AI-driven inquiry handling and referral capture system across the network’s estate agencies. The company announced on Tuesday that the collaboration follows a pilot with Michael Poole Estate Agents, where SalesRook’s platform highlighted missed valuation and off-patch opportunities in routine property inquiries.

SalesRook will provide the system to all RAN members while the network covers setup and subscription costs, with agencies paying only per inquiry, making the technology accessible without upfront investment. The move will give members a consistent method for identifying and routing off-patch leads.

SalesRook’s system will also integrate with RAN’s postcode mapping, automatically directing referrals to the appropriate member agency. With all members using the same process, the company said it expects a more reliable and transparent flow of opportunities across the network.

SalesRook and RAN will formally launch the partnership at the RAN Conference in London in December.
