London-based fashion startup Fit Collective has raised €3.4 million from investors including AlbionVC, SuperSeed, True Global and January Ventures to support both internal and external growth.

According to reporting by Startups EU, Fit Collective uses AI to improve garment patterns and sizing standards, helping fashion brands reduce inconsistencies that contribute to product returns and an estimated $230 billion in annual revenue loss across the sector.

The funding will be used to expand engineering and product teams, strengthen partnerships with apparel brands and accelerate market rollout across the continent.

Notably, Fit Collective also focuses on reducing the gender gap and improving representation in technology, with EU Startups citing this as the largest pre-seed round ever raised by a solo female founder in the U.K.
