Docyt has announced the launch of Docyt High Precision Accounting Intelligence, a new AI engine designed to streamline and automate accounting processes. According to a news release, the launch follows a $12 million pre-Series B funding round led by Pivot Investment Partners, and the capital is helping the company scale its technology.

Docyt HpAI integrates large language models with specialized AI for reconciliation, transaction categorization, anomaly detection and month-end close. Delivered through the Docyt Accountant Copilot, it features embedded AI agents that simulate senior bookkeepers, enabling firms to automate work typically done by junior accountants.

As reported by Docyt, early users of HpAI have seen a 90 percent reduction in client review time and an increase in client capacity.
