Verily plans to open a Dallas hub. The Alphabet Inc. subsidiary that focuses on medical research plans to move into a temporary location in Dallas this winter and move into a permanent location at Cypress Waters by June 2022. The company’s CEO told Built In Verily will be hiring for 115 positions related to IT, sales and marketing. Additional jobs could be added should Verily expand its Dallas hub. [Built In DFW]
Appspace acquired Beezy. Dallas-based software company Appspace announced the news last Wednesday. Also in based in Dallas, Beezy is a software company that creates secure communication platforms that integrate with Microsoft 365.
