SuccessKPI raised $33M. The customer experience analytics company received its first source of outside funding last week from Banneker Partners. SuccessKPI’s software uses machine learning and AI to analyze customer service experiences over text and audio. The company plans to use the new capital to continue its impressive growth, accelerate its roadmap development and hire new talent across various departments. [Built In DC]

CaryRX partnered with BlueCross BlueShield. More specifically, the D.C.-based online pharmacy company partnered with the insurance company’s subsidiary, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield Community Health Plan District of Columbia. CaryRX’s platform OneDash will debut to CareFirst’s clinical and case management teams under the partnership agreement. [DC Inno]

Pendulum got $5.9M in seed funding. The company uses machine learning and AI to track misinformation on social media, allowing companies and organizations to get ahead of false narratives. Joget raised $2.2M. The pre-Series A funding round will allow the open-source no-code/low-code application development platform to further expand its partner program worldwide and enhance cloud offerings. Joget’s platform allows businesses to build enterprise applications with a visual drag-and-drop approach. This no-code/low-code approach helps users to collaborate and accelerate application development in a user-friendly way. [PR Newswire]
