Tata Consultancy to add 120 new jobs in Denver

India-based technology consulting firm Tata Consultancy Services will grow its Denver operations, adding 120 new employees to the 600 it currently employs throughout the state. The jobs will be based in the company’s Denver Tech Center office and will be focused on the areas of computer science, data analysis, development and systems architecture. Thrive Workplace to open Arvada coworking space

On Tuesday, Denver-based coworking community Thrive Workplace announced plans to expand its local footprint into the suburbs with the addition of a third location — this one in Arvada. The 21,000-square-foot space will feature an event space, conference rooms, a mix of private and communal working options, free parking and a rooftop deck. It’s expected to open in November 2018. Cybersecurity startup OverWatchID wins Frontier Airlines

Innosphere fund raises $6M of $7M fund, plans to close Q3

Fort Collins-based tech incubator Innosphere gave an update on Wednesday about its forthcoming Innosphere Fund I. The company has raised $6.4 million of its $7 million goal, with hopes to raise the remainder and close the fund before the end of the third quarter. The fund will focus on promising seed-stage tech companies in Colorado that are participating in the organization’s incubator program. Innosphere Fund has made two investments since its inception in 2017, the first in Denver-based Incident Response Technologies, Inc. in October 2017, and the second investment in Boulder-based Aspero Medical, Inc. in July 2018.
