Cognigy, a company leveraging AI to automate customer service, announced its U.S. headquarters’ move from San Francisco to Dallas, Texas. The DFW market offers a central location, a business-friendly ecosystem and various innovation resources, leading Cognigy to focus on expanding within the growing tech hub.

Cognigy offers an AI agent platform for enterprise contact centers and says it has seen significant demand for its solution across multiple markets. The company opened offices in Berlin, London and Amsterdam in 2025 in response to this demand. At its new Dallas HQ, Cognigy plans to accelerate hiring, with several sales, marketing, customer success and technical positions available.

“Dallas offers the perfect mix of innovation, energy and opportunity,” Philipp Heltewig, Cognigy’s CEO and co-founder, said in a statement. “We’ve built a strong U.S. presence over the past seven years, and relocating our headquarters to Dallas brings us closer to top enterprise customers, a rich talent pool and a community that shares our forward-looking mindset.”
