
FRST gets $3.4M funding to aid cryptocurrency traders
FRST, a provider of enterprise-level data for digital asset traders, raised $3.4 million in funding, with investments led by early-stage venture capital firm Vestigo and crypto asset trading investment firm CMT Digital. Funding was also contributed by Akuna Capital and Oak Ridge Investments. According to FRST CEO Karl T. Chance the Rapper goes Chance the Lyft Driver
Lyft demonstrated its Round Up & Donate feature with the help of Chance the Rapper and his nonprofit SocialWorks by disguising the artist as a driver in its Undercover Lyft series. The app’s feature allows riders to round up their fares to the nearest dollar and donate the change to a cause of their choice. Through SocialWorks, riders benefit the Chicago Public School system. BlueGrace Logistics is expanding in Chicago
BlueGrace Logistics, a tech-enabled freight services and transportation management company, announced it is expanding its office in Chicago Board of Trade Building, initially opened last July. The addition doubles the size of the office, measuring in at 15,000 square feet, to make room for the company to more than double its Chicago workforce. “We now have nearly 50 employees in the Chicago Board of Trade and we are expecting to accommodate nearly 175 employees when we finish building out the space,” said Bobby Harris, CEO. TrunkClub opens new Chicago headquarters
Curated clothing provider Trunk Club officially reopened the doors to its Chicago Clubhouse and headquarters, which has a brand new marquee sign on its exterior and a redesigned retail space for customers. The locations spans 74,000 square feet of space and hosts individual fitting rooms uniquely inspired by Trunk Club brand partners. InterOptic gets two executives
InterOptic, a fiber optics technologies provider for enterprise companies and government institutions, made two high levels this month. The first is Brian McConnell as president and CEO. Prior to this role, McConnell served as general manager and vice president of marketing of a $300 million division of Tellabs before co-founding and working as chief operating officer of Optulink.
