Carrot Fertility has announced the appointment of Alli Tiscornia as chief customer officer, succeeding Brooke Quinn who the company promoted to chief operating officer in December.

Tiscornia brings more than 20 years of experience in customer-facing roles at companies including Sendoso, Zenefits, Medallia and Visa. Before to joining Carrot, Tiscornia served as CCO at ChurnZero, a customer success software platform. In her new role, she will oversee the entire customer and member experience at Carrot.

Carrot operates a network of clinics and agencies alongside its telehealth and care navigation platform. The company provides a fertility benefits platform that helps employers offer care solutions for fertility preservation, male-factor infertility, IVF, pregnancy and postpartum, menopause and more.

Tiscornia joins Carrot at a time of significant growth as the company boasts more than 1,000 customers and has covered millions of lives globally. As the company continues this momentum, Tiscornia will focus on further building Carrot’s customer relationships and collaborating on new products and services to enhance the member experience.
