• Leading the Americas - Cash Management Team (1 head)
• Preparation and consolidation of reporting with regards to cash actuals, forecast and budget
• Improve and establish solid cash management & working capital management strategy for Americas
• Support Factoring programs
• Manage Bank relationship
• Establish lending/financing strategies for regions
• Maintain and control cash pooling, bank accounts, credit card programs and liquidity strategy with cash management team
• Treasury related project work

Required skills/knowledge:

• University degree in Finance
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in treasury
• Experienced in leading the international team
• Expert level in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
• Good problem solving skills

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Prefers Master's Degree
