About the Role
As a Recruiter, you will support the growth of our organization. You will be involved in many aspects of the recruitment process, ranging from communicating with candidates, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, and assisting with team projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and a team player. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience
- Be responsible for sourcing and developing candidate pipelines
- Interview candidates, update them throughout the process and negotiate compensation
- Set hiring managers' expectations and develop processes around interviewing
- Brainstorm with hiring managers' to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search
- Support a team of recruiters with day-to-day scheduling of interviews and managing communications with candidates
- Deliver a high quality candidate experience to every candidate
- Partner with the People Department and Talent Acquisition Team on process improvements
- Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately and consistently tracked in the ATS
- Provide general administrative help as needed
- During peak recruitment seasons you may be called upon to help source candidates and/or interview candidates
- Thoroughly learn the ins and outs of Greenhouse ATS
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders internally
- Provide an efficient experience for every candidate from application stage to offer
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle or technical recruiting role
- Proven experience in building technology leadership teams at fast paced, high growth, global tech companies
- Experience with at least one applicant tracking system, ideally Greenhouse ATS
- Proficient with Google Applications (Gmail, Calendar and Drive)
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment and manage your time effectively
- Strong team player who demonstrates interest and ability in contributing to the recruiting team success
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Able to pivot and adapt when needs change
- You take initiative and are proactive and collaborative
