What you’ll do:

This hybrid position will provide administrative support to executives while also supporting our engineers in ensuring document quality. You’ll work side by side with our team as we support clients that are changing the world across industries such as healthcare, private equity, manufacturing, utilities, government, outdoor recreation, and everything in between!

Some specific responsibilities:

  • Review and edit documents submitted by engineers for clarity, punctuation, grammar, style, accuracy, organization, and content.
  • Draft written deliverables, diagrams, and presentations in collaboration with engineers.
  • Create infographics to help illustrate concepts and data in deliverables, using programs such as Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Ensure deliverable layout and formatting are clean, balanced, and appealing.
  • Create, manage, and drive improvements across a stable of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates.
  • Assist with drafting and editing marketing and website content.
  • Directly support the Co-CEOs and other senior leaders to make a substantial and valuable impact to the company's mission.
  • Handle projects of an administrative nature that require extensive confidentiality, discretion, independent judgment, and critical thought. This includes actively interfacing with and managing vendors in some cases.
  • Perform minor accounting duties.
  • Run errands and visit clients (primarily in the Boulder/Denver area).

    Note: This is an on-site role in our Boulder, Colorado, office and is not eligible for remote work.

    • Exceptional writing and editing skills

    • Expert skills in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and PowerPoint (track changes, document formatting, embedded styles and templates, etc.) with some Adobe Creative Suite experience
    • Strong professional writing and communication skills
    • The ability to multitask and re-prioritize on the fly
    • A love for doing something different every day
    • A keen eye for detail and incremental improvements
    • Experience using instant messaging tools (Slack, Teams) as the primary means of communication
    • Your own car, driver's license, valid vehicle registration, and valid car insurance

    Work Hours:

    We work 4 days per week (typically Monday through Thursday). This role requires that you be on-site 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on those days, at a minimum. Total time commitment is 45-50 hours per week.

    Compensation:

    $90,000 - $100,000/year (depending on applicant's credentials and experience)
