Summary
As a newly created team, the Manager - Talent Management position will be responsible for the talent function, to include recruitment, development and retention of our talent. They will also provide guidance and support on workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Primary
- Lead talent development thought leadership, design and delivery for talent segments (employees, people managers, senior leaders)
- Develop and execute on strategy for talent acquisition, talent development and succession planning
- Oversee critical components of talent acquisition initiatives to drive business outcomes
- Continue to find opportunities to streamline and improve talent acquisition processes and time to fill
- Track and report on metrics associated with talent acquisition, talent development and succession planning
- Work closely with department heads to identify top talent and successors and create associated development plans
- Create structure to facilitate talent reviews and succession planning sessions
- Collaborate on training requirements for sites, departments and/or the organization as a whole
- Establish discipline around work force planning

- Partner with site GMs and HR leadership on any site-specific talent related initiatives

Compensation
$101,000- $113,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience designing and owning talent processes
- HR business partnership experience
- Customer service mindset and ability to communicate effective across various levels in the organization
- Solid facilitation skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Proven project management and organization skills
- Prior experience managing talent acquisition
- Experience developing and implemented with leadership and talent development programs
- Experience with workforce planning
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Master's Degree Preferred
- 7 - 10Years of Direct Experience with prior talent manager experience and/or HR business partner experience Required
- 8 - 13 Years of Direct Experience Preferred
- 2 Years of Indirect Experience Preferred
- 4 - 7 Years of Supervisory Experience Required
- 7 - 10+ Years of Supervisory Experience Preferred
