As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product, you will hold a pivotal position within our executive team, driving the development and execution of our product vision to ensure high-quality outcomes and increased efficiency.

We seek a visionary leader with extensive technical expertise and a proven track record in leading product innovation within enterprise SaaS software businesses while also demonstrating strategic prowess and product marketing leadership, encompassing aspects such as market research, SKU modeling, and comprehensive market positioning strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Market Analysis and Insights:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to gain insights into opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to gather market intelligence and align product strategies with business objectives.

Product Strategy and Execution:

  • Help define business goals and execute an aligned comprehensive product strategy 
  • Foster agility, quality, and predictability in product development processes
  • Optimize product development and engineering to deliver on the strategy and consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Oversee the development and deployment of innovative products and features, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class customer and user experience
  • Champion best practices in product development methodologies and processes to optimize efficiency and quality.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize ROI analysis based on customer, market, and internal teams to construct a roadmap that delivers high-value outcomes for customers and Hyperproof.
  • Utilize data analytics and metrics to measure product performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish KPIs and benchmarks to evaluate the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Make informed decisions based on quantitative analysis, user research, and industry best practices.

Customer-Centric Approach:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile, their pain points, and their evolving needs.
  • Advocate for the customer throughout the product life cycle, ensuring that product decisions are aligned with customer preferences and expectations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Enhance cross-team collaboration and understanding of product plans by regularly communicating and soliciting feedback internally.
  • Act as the company's product visionary externally to our prospects, customers, and partners to inform our planning and build our brand.
  • Leverage professional networks to cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance product capabilities and drive business growth.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class product team, fostering innovation and collaboration, high levels of engagement, and setting clear objectives to drive performance and professional growth.
  • Anticipate challenges, proactively create solutions, and ensure optimal team performance through effective workforce planning and upskilling initiatives.
  • Build a naturally curious team who deeply understand the market we operate within, and can consistently deliver value to our ICP.

Financial Management and Ownership:

  • Manage the budget, oversee resource allocation, and execute budget planning processes, implementing cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements while maintaining quality outcomes.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting on product expenditures, identifying areas for optimization and investment, and conducting effective workforce planning to align resources with business outcomes.

HOW YOU’LL KNOW YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL (Key KPI’s)

  • Achievement of company OKRs with precision and consistency.
  • Measure and Improve quality, predictability, and throughput across all facets of the product function.
  • Cultivation of a high-performing product team with strong employee engagement (eNPS), low attrition rates, and effective talent acquisition and management practices.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in senior leadership roles within product management, with extensive experience in building and leading high-performance product teams.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to devise and execute product-driven strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding product objectives and revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in SaaS and subscription-based revenue models, along with experience leading and managing product teams in a distributed remote environment.
  • Action-oriented leadership style with a proven track record in driving positive change and fostering accountability.
  • Exceptional presentation skills along with strong ability to network and inspire. 

LOCATION

We are a fully remote company, enabling us to attract top talent regardless of geographical constraints.



The full compensation package is based on candidate experience and certifications.
