Sr. Partner Program Specialist
What You'll Do
As a senior partner program specialist, you will develop and shape strategy, manage, and optimize partner programs to drive business growth. You will provide expertise, trends, and industry knowledge to ensure we continue to evolve our best-in-class Avalara partner program. You will also oversee the day-to-day execution of our partner programs.
Job Duties
You will be working in a cross-functional role driving high-visibility programs that require cross-group collaboration from a distributed set of stakeholders. The successful candidate will develop and roll out partner program benefits and initiatives that support partner adoption, engagement, growth and satisfaction. This role will drive business outcomes via delivery of KPIs.
What You'll Need to be Successful
- Develop, implement, and execute strategic plans to enhance partner program.
- Provide deep analysis and insights into partner program performance, identify trends and opportunities, and present findings for strategic decision-making.
- Manage ongoing operational aspects of the partner program, including partner engagement, status tracking, and reporting.
- Liaise with a wide variety of departments sales, operations, marketing, and legal to ensure successful execution of Partner Programs.
- Document processes and provide on-going updates to the operating procedures of all partner programs as needed.
- Ensure partner program documentation are updated and current.
- Proactively seek new ways of improving existing processes or introduce new processes to bring efficiency and value to the business.
- Bring industry best practices and standards to Partner Programs.
- Assist with special projects as necessary.
