What you will do

Wellbeing

  • Support the Reward Director in developing and executing a global wellbeing and benefits strategy that supports the attraction, retention and wellbeing of our diverse workforce
  • As part of the strategy development, alignment with the wider Ericsson Reward Strategy is a priority
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Ericsson teams, to ensure benefit programmes are competitive, compliant and aligned with the Company's values and goals
  • Oversee benefit operations covering health and wellbeing programs, retirement programs, and other employee benefits
  • Oversee external vendor management, negotiating and managing benefit plans, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service provision
  • Develop and execute a proactive communications program covering benefits and wellbeing


Integration

  • Support the Reward Director in executing the Ericsson Integration plan that supports timely and accurate integration on all reward activities
  • Lead on project management of integration activities covering wellness, compensation, equity and recognition
  • Collaborate across Ericsson teams, to ensure all relevant parties are aligned with progress
  • Develop and execute a proactive communications program covering integration
  • Provide leadership and guidance to wider HR team

What you will bring

  • Demonstrable experience as a Benefits Lead in a global company with a deep understanding of the US market
  • Demonstrable experience of leading complex integration projects
  • In-depth knowledge of global benefit trends, regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with tactical awareness
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationship at all levels of the organisation.

What is required for application

Required

  • Corporate benefits management experience (10+  years).
