Job Overview:

The Social Community Manager plays a vital role on the Social Media team, acting as Willow’s voice across all its social media channels to ensure consistent and relatable brand presence. The Social Community Manager is responsible for building an inclusive community for feeding and pumping support, including establishing relationships with Willow’s key consumers, conducting proactive and reactive engagement, and maintaining the brand’s social posting standards, to drive the brand’s engagement and growth goals on key platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities | What you'll do:

Community Development & Engagement 

  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages on Willow’s organic and paid posts in a timely manner 
    • Answer questions about the pump and refer direct messages and appropriate information to relevant team members to answer or provide solutions 
  • Reshare tagged posts and stories on platforms, showcasing Willow as a beloved brand and highlighting the unique attributes of the products 
  • Proactively like and comment on relevant content posted daily by consumers, influencers, and like-minded brands 
  • Identify creators aligns with the brand and mission for our gifting program 
  • Support the onboarding of creators for UGC campaigns 
  • Communicate with influencers and creators via direct message and email and solvent relevant information 
  • Drive organic Surprise & Delight initiative with new and existing consumers 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with consumer-owned Willow social communities 
  • Support the development of a Willow-owned social community and serve as an administrator to maintain Willow engagement 

Issues Management 

  • Monitor complaints and spot warning signs and potential issues, commenting and/or escalating when appropriate 
  • Partner with the Social Media and PR teams to develop approaches to unique issues

Reporting Support 

  • Collaborate with the Social Team on monthly and quarterly reports 
  • Deliver regular reports of common questions and issues

Experience | What you'll bring:

  • 2-3 years experience engaging for a brand on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Pinterest, influencers and content creators)
  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to organize a consistent flow of inbound information, including engagement, creators, direct messages, posts, etc. 
  • Previous experience in community-building and management of social communities 
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency in Meta Business 
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Additional Information

Willow takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on the successful candidate’s location, job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. We regularly review and update our pay ranges and therefore, these ranges may be modified in the future.

Compensation Range: $70K - $80K
