Who you are:

As a Senior Personal Lines Account Manager with Frost Insurance Agency, you are our insurance experience champion. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a large book of business, containing complex Personal Lines accounts. You will act as a department lead, providing technical guidance and assistance to personal lines service support staff as needed.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in training and developing the Personal Lines service staff on the service support requirements of increasingly complex Personal Lines Accounts
  • Act as a technical expert for the agency management, production staff, and personal lines service support staff on current products and services offered within the personal lines insurance industry
  • Analyze complex client policy profiles to identify for account-rounding or coverage enhancement opportunities
  • Analyze carrier quotes and coverages to determine the best options for the client
  • Review new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating and coverage. Ensure these transactions are accurately entered in agency management system to generate billing documentation
  • Provide policy service including changes, payments, claims and third-party communications. Ensure all activities and in-bound or out-bound interactions are documented in agency management system
  • Present FIA products to new and existing customers by collaborating in renewal strategies, and preparing proposals. Complete exposure analysis to determine client needs and ensure that client exposure is minimized
  • Maintain current knowledge of company underwriting and rating information. Follow agency standard procedures to maintain electronic files and information
  • Respond to requests to research coverage issues, policy problems, cancellation issues, reinstatement issues, billing problems, claims history and underwriting issues
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What You'll Need

  • Texas General Lines Agents (Property & Casualty) License, or attainment within 90 days
  • 3+ years of experience in the personal lines insurance field
  • Ability to retain a Book of Business in excess of $250,000
  • Organization skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Insurance professional designations such as CISR, ACSR, CIC, CRM
  • Bachelor's Degree
