Senior Manager, Product Management - Business Analytics & Reporting

This is an individual contributor role

Position Overview

We are looking for a product manager who will own and manage the products that provide data, analytical and reporting solutions for internal KO finance and strategy community. You will work closely with the finance, strategy and key business stakeholders, the product development team and the data engineering team to define the product vision, roadmap and requirements. You will also run projects to ensure that the products are delivered on time, within budget and with high quality. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the product portfolio for the finance and strategy data, analytical and reporting solutions.
  • Understand the needs and pain points of the finance and strategy customers and translate them into product features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the product development team and the data engineering team to prioritize, plan and execute the product roadmap.
  • Run projects to deliver the products, using agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Communicate the product vision, strategy and progress to the finance stakeholders and the senior management.
  • Measure and monitor the product performance, usage and feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Functional Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business, computer science or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the finance domain.
  • Strong knowledge of finance data, analytical and reporting solutions and tools.
  • Ability to grasp and articulate technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail combined with a sense of aesthetic quality.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing numerous projects concurrently.
  • Self-driven, eager to take initiative, and adept at working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Receptive to continual learning and adaptation in the face of new challenges and technological advancements.
  • Skilled at providing, receiving, and applying constructive criticism to enhance product outcomes.
  • Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and data-driven decision making.
