You'll be part of a collaborative environment where learning and development are encouraged at every turn. Despite being in the early stages of our Salesforce journey (with around 1000 users), we're ready to take things to the next level.

Your key contributions:

• Configure and customize Salesforce according to business requirements, including creating and modifying objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
• Design and implement workflows, approval processes, and automation rules to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
• Perform data import/export, data cleansing, and data manipulation tasks using Salesforce data tools
• Prepare appropriate technical documentation
• Ensure ongoing support and assistance for our internal Salesforce users

Experience and skills we value:

• +2 years of experience with Salesforce Cloud and Service Cloud apps
• Familiarity with standard objects, custom objects, fields, relationships, workflows, reports, dashboards, and security settings
• Good understanding of sales and marketing processes, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in data management
• Effective communication and collaboration skills and a mindset of continuous learning

The minimum monthly salary starts from 2500 € gross. The final compensation may go above, depending on your professional qualifications and experience and it will be discussed in the interviews.
