The Sales Planning & Operations Lead will play a crucial role in driving excellence across our business development team acting as a specialist in sales coaching techniques, partnering with the VP, Business Transformation to accelerate business growth opportunities by translating sales insights into actionable priorities.  This role will act as a strategic partner supporting cross-functional alignment between finance, operations, legal and other key stakeholders, to optimize operational efficiency.
What You'll Do Here:

  • Enable and drive consistent practices to achieve revenue objectives across Viral Nation's diverse service and product lines;
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the leadership teams of Marketing, Business Development, and Client Services, focusing on discipline, execution excellence, and business growth;
  • Drive business growth through comprehensive revenue strategy and planning; 
  • Oversee business development segmentation, territory planning, target setting and forecasting across all revenue streams;
  • Lead the development and enforcement of revenue driving processes and standards, incorporating traditional revenue operations responsibilities like marketing and sales forecasting, pipeline management, deal reviews, pricing approvals and performance analysis with managing the supporting Rhythm of Connection (RoC) across stakeholders;
  • Influence leaders and engage with revenue-driving roles to enhance their team's capabilities, increasing overall revenue and performance;
  • Provide strategic insights and support to senior leadership, focusing on operational efficiency and driving of team performance.

You'll Need To Have:

  • A minimum of 5+ years in roles related to revenue operations, sales, or business development, with a proven track record of operational excellence;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred;
  • Proven strength in demonstrating excellent analytical skills, experience in CRM and revenue management and reporting tools;
  • An understanding of the influencer and marketing services landscape is a plus.
