What You'll Do

Revenue Operations Partner Analysts, within the Revenue Operations Department, are responsible for closely aligning with segments within the Partner organization to have a true understanding of each team's individual needs and provide recommendations. You will identify problems and roadblocks leading to proposed solutions to improve overall team performance by using data, analysis, and reporting as your vehicle.

In this role, you will support the Partner organization & Leadership to ensure the business runs smoothly. You will interface with other groups (Revenue Analytics and insights, Global Analytics, and Finance as some of the primary stakeholders) to ensure data is supported in all the decisions the partner teams make. Beyond day-to-day operations, you will also participate in revenue operation's broader initiatives.

Revenue Operations Partner Analysts have the following responsibilities:

  • Ad-hoc Reporting Requests:
    • Interface with Partner Directors on key reporting & data analysis needed to run the multi-facet partner unit.
    • Ability to distill reporting requests from less-technical stakeholders to: problem statement, resolution process, and deliverables.
  • Strategic Requests:
    • Taking requests from internal Partner teams and their external contributing orgs in order to improve team strategy and performance. They will be the point of contact to move forward with managing stakeholders through initial intake, gathering requirements and implementation.
    • Be the voice for the specific team they are aligned with on any meetings and workshops where changes are discussed to the overall strategy, and analyze pros and cons of such changes.
    • Responsible for bringing in other Rev Ops stakeholders at the appropriate time for reporting, enablement and technology needs for any strategy needs.
  • Forecasting and Production Analysis:
    • Work with leadership to analyze forecasting for teams, identify roadblocks and issues that are interfering with metric success
    • Grow to be the subject matter expert in how our opportunity production channels work (referral, technology/integration, and accounting) and be able to report and explain nuances.
  • Territory, Quota and Target Setting:
    • Quota management (add, modify) and rollup for partner sales leadership on a monthly basis.
    • Run deep analysis on territory performance, suggest proposals for change, and distill key trends.
    • Participate in the annual quota planning process between key departments (such as FP&A, Finance, and Sales).

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or Finance as an Analyst.
  • 1-2 years working in or supporting the partner channel (referral, ISV, or integration) in some capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill; Advanced Excel and reporting skills required.
  • Moderate SQL knowledge preferred.
  • BI Reporting experience (preferably PowerBi or Tableau) knowledge - preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with senior leadership.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience in a technology company is a plus.
  • We're opening this role to candidates located in commuting distance from our Durham, NC office.
