As an Integration Implementation Specialist, your job will be to work directly with customers from project kick-off to project hand-off. You will need to understand the customer’s needs, assist them with any technical challenges that may take place during implementation, and ensure the right solutions and business logic are being deployed during the lifecycle of the project.
The Integration Implementation Specialist will be called upon to set up project roadmaps with customers, schedule milestone meetings where needed, collaborate with cross functional teams to execute on and assist in transitioning customers to support after implementation.
Essential Job Functions:
- Gather and prioritize projects and their requirements after they have been assigned.
- Perform deep-dive business and technical discussions to understand and solve integration challenges between the customer and MyCarrier.
- Support the project and our customer’s needs based on principles of reusability, security, scalability, and quality.
- Work with product owner to prioritize customer integration requirements and track development progress to ensure timely delivery of ERP implementations.
- Support integration customer inquiries during the lifecycle of the project by answering technical questions, setting up meetings, and escalating issues when needed.
- Stay organized, on task, and within scope for multiple Integration projects simultaneously.
- Comfortability with explaining technical solutions and concepts with IT resources (both internal and external).

Position Requirements:
- Degree(s) in the field of Business, Engineering, Supply Chain/ Logistics and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years in Project Management in a high-growth SaaS business or transportation/logistics business.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, API’s (REST, SOAP), JSON, Liquid, SQL, and file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, AS2) highly desirable.
- LTL / Truckload Freight, Transportation and Logistics industry experience required.
