As a Program Manager, you will oversee and coordinate different related projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals. The caregiver in this role will lead all robotic process automation requests, develop plans for data visualization for the requestors, and offer supportive services to education leaders in the education markets and submarkets.

Responsibilities:
- Assists in the development and monitoring of department projects.
- Participates in achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and
- reviews.
- Participates in preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; participates in resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements and implementing change.
- Assists in meeting financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.
- Participates in preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures.
- Analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions.
- Sets and manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Associate's degree.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- High School diploma/GED and three years of experience coordinating projects may substitute the degree requirement.
- Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.
Certifications:
- Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred.
Complexity of Work:
- Effective relationship building skills are required.
Work Experience:
- One year of experience coordinating projects required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
- Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
